We show up.
That's the whole story.
Team Dogs began with five borrowed PCs, a garage in Echo Park and a stubborn refusal to quit. Ten years later, the club competes in six titles across three continents — still run by the same people, still allergic to shortcuts.
Talent gets you noticed.
Devotion gets you remembered.

LOS ANGELES
We are a club, not a collective. Players sign with the crest, not with a spreadsheet. Coaches stay long enough to see their ideas mature. Analysts are named when we win, because they were there when nobody was watching.
“The dog is not the fastest animal in the fight. It is the one that comes back.”
MARA VOSS / CEO & CO-FOUNDER
Ten years of showing up.
Not every year had a trophy. Every year had a reason to keep going. Select a year to read what happened.
Four rules. No exceptions.
They are painted on the wall of the Lab, in the same acid green as the crest. Every new player signs them before they sign a contract.
No faceless boardroom.
Six people who answer the hard questions in public. Their emails are below; they read them.
Four homes. One standard.
Los Angeles, Shanghai, Berlin and Seoul. Each facility runs the same performance programme, the same kitchen menu, and the same open-door policy for families.
The Lab. Los Angeles.

The pack is always looking for good people.
Coaches, analysts, physios, producers, scouts. If you can make the club better, we want to hear from you.
